H.E. KRMB Prof. Philip Oyani PhilSpirit (Osemudiamhe)

The Sovereign Online State was pioneered by His Excellency KRMB Prof. Philip Oyani PhilSpirit – LLM, PhDs, Ed.D., MBE, NIA, IPC-CL, CCC.
A Nigerian by birth and a globally esteemed intellectual leader, Prof. PhilSpirit is a certified International Law and Human Rights Law Consultant and holds numerous international honors including:

• Honorary Ambassador of the Javanese House of Nobility (Indonesia)
• International Intellectual Figure (KRMB)
• The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE)
• Nigerian Integrity Ambassador (NIA)

As the first President of the Sovereign Online State, he leads the federation with a bold vision: to inspire a new era of borderless unity, ethical governance, and global cooperation through the digital space.
