- ♦️1. THE FLAG: the flag consists of gold, white, blue, and red colours, plus a golden throne-like emblem (coat of arms). The gold colour symbolizes the riches of humanity; the white symbolizes the purity of the human spirit; the blue symbolizes vigilance and the defense of human rights; and the red symbolizes the oneness of blood that flows in every human. All these are to drive home the truth about the oneness of every human as against the age-long misconceptions that led to the practices of racism, political, religious, ethnic, and social divides that exist in some parts of the world.
- ♦️2. THE COAT OF ARMS: this is a golden throne-like figure that symbolizes the royalty of all human races. Inside the coat of arms is the official OCertiVa Global Incorporation Council’s logo, which is the center for the empowerment of all institutions, associations, NGOs, and international bodies intending to operate across borders. Inside the coat of arms, also, is the image of the pioneer of the federation, which was affixed in honour of his leadership quality.

INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES AND ALLIED MATTERS ACT 2024
Act 1: Memorandum of Association
- Regulation 1: Entities that suggest religious segregation, racism, or sexual decadence are not eligible to be formed. These include entities with erotic or bigotish names.
- Regulation 2: Suggested names of preincorporation entities must match with the specified activities, as the council has the right to disapprove an application whose objective is not clarified in its name.
- Regulation 3: A company is not eligible to be formed as an educational institution, which is specifically under the class of nonprofit organization, if it does not provide complete details of its courses and specified teaching and reference materials, as well as study platforms. All such documents and links must be submitted to the official email of the council alongside this application. After incorporation, an institution is to submit a post activity report of one month from the date of incorporation to validate its license to operate as an educational institution. Failure to comply with this regulation will lead to withdrawal of license.
- Regulation 4: A company that is not registered as an educational institution is prohibited from awarding academic or doctorate degrees. All categories of organisations issuing certificates (if they are not registered higher institutions) must limit such to an “award” not the term “degree”. Penalty will be the withdrawal of the license of operation; and this will be published in the international community.
- Regulation 5: Professional doctorate degree conferment must be reserved for educational institutions and must be on the merit of objectively assessed thesis, publications, or individual projects relating to the given field of study. In a case of an honorary doctorate degree, a nonacademic organization (such as an association or NGO) can partner with a registered institution of higher education that will be responsible for the objective assessment of projects to ensure a compliance with the prerequisite for an “honorary doctorate degree” conferment, which should not be termed a “professional doctorate degree.”
- Regulation 6: A company is not eligible to be formed as a nonprofit organization if it will be an “excluded company”. If you are not sure whether the company which you wish to form falls into any of these categories, you should look up the definitions of the terms “political party”, “political campaigning organisation” and “subsidiary” (and of the related terms “election”, “governmental authority”, “public authority” and “referendum”) before completing this form.
- Regulation 7: A subsidiary must present the certificate of registration of its parent company to be eligible for incorporation.
- Regulation 8: A preincorporation entity must provide a physical address to be registered as its legal address. The details of the address must be supplied in full and may be the address of the current personal residence of one of the appointed trustees or a separate business location approved by the government of that state and must be connected to either of the appointed trustees.
Act 2: Legal Appointed Trustees/First Directors
- Regulation 1: A preincorporation entity must provide the full names of at least three (3) trustees (also known as first directors) who must not all be from the same country or of the same nationality. This is in furtherance of the globalisation framework.
- Regulation 2: A preincorporation entity must provide a Tax Identification Number (TIN) that is associated with either of the appointed trustees. (This must be a geographically located government’s issued slip or card.)
- Regulation 3: All trustees of a preincorporation entity must provide valid means of identification in association with their nationality or countries of residence, or the Sovereign Online State’s Global Citizenship ID Card. This is inclusive of their date of birth, occupation, and details of other directorships they have held. Each officer appointed and each subscriber (or their agent) must sign and date the form.
- Regulation 4: A preincorporation entity must provide full details of the residential addresses of its enlisted trustees.
- Regulation 5: All trustees of a preincorporation entity must provide their individual email addresses separate from the official email address of the entity.
- Regulation 6: A preincorporation entity must provide an official email address separate from the personal email addresses of its appointed trustees. The official email address of an entity must bear the complete or a portion of the name of the entity.
- Regulation 7: A preincorporation entity must provide the phone numbers of all enlisted trustees, as all appointed trustees shall be contacted via call and/or WhatsApp before an application can be approved.
Act 3: Article of Association
- Regulation 1: A preincorporation entity must set out the rules for the running of the company’s internal affairs. This is to be detailed in the section entitled “Article of Association”. The articles should define the inter-management, inter-member and inter-employee relationship. If there is any need to submit an additional procedure aside from the ones specified in this application form, it should be submitted alongside this form.
- Regulation 2: Appointment of members must be intercountry. Any form of intracountry appointment that promotes racism will lead to withdrawal of the global license of operation.
Act 4: Statutory Declaration of Compliance
- Regulation 1: The Statutory Declaration of Compliance with all the legal requirements relating to the incorporation of a company in accordance with the International Companies and Allied Matters Act 2024 must be signed by each person who is named as appointed trustees or directors as stipulated in Act 2, Regulation 1.
- Regulation 2: With the Statutory Declaration of Compliance duly signed, this form is to be submitted with the proof of payment of $15 fee payable to eighter of the accounts of the Registrar-General, or Commissioner of Oaths, or Notary Public on the registration portal.

The International Ministry of Education (TIME) is one of the Global Ministries/Councils of the Federation of The Sovereign Online State. The ministry regulates secondary and tertiary education amongst online institutions and/or universities across the globe.

📌 This notification serves to inform the public of the official upgrade made on the EMI trademarked logo.
Having expanded beyond our initial scope of operation, which was primarily the offering of English language and professional writing courses from diploma to master’s degree levels, the need to redesign our logo to capture the vision of this prestigious global online institution was necessitated.
Operating across borders as a pure online institution which started without a physical structure, English Master Institute has not only met the standard of preexisting conventional universities, but has proudly set a landmark for several educational institutions and NGOs across the globe. On this note, we are proud to be referred to as the first autonomous pure online institution without walls that directly supervises several academies, research institutions, and NGOs across the globe.
✍️ In our bid to redefine education all over the world, we provide an inclusive learning environment for our students, including those from the Deaf Community, whereof we remain the first global online university with detailed curricula for the Deaf Community from diploma to degree levels.
In fostering our principle of redefined education, we have successfully incorporated digital skills acquisition courses to our academic programs, being the first online institution (university) with such an initiative to empower our students all over the world to attain financial independence.
In addition to the above, the global reputation of English Master Institute, and being in partnership with OCertiVa Global Incorporation Council (the world’s first global online company registration agency), the Federation of The Sovereign Online State, and the Kingdom of Solo Surakarta Hadiningrat Sultanate, Indonesia, has brought our institution to the pedestal wherein we officially register and affiliate educational institutions and NGOs under our supervisory capacity.
All these, and many more, necessitated the upgrade made on the EMI official trademarked logo to capture the current global status of the institution.
✍️ All documents or certificates that were signed or issued with the old logo before today, the 4th day in the month of December, in the year Two Thousand and Twenty-four, shall remain legally recognized by this prestigious institution, but taking effect from the date of this official announcement, all certificates and documents from English Master Institute shall henceforth bear the new logo.
