His Excellency Professor Philip Oyani PhilSpirit (Osemudiamhe) is a globally revered Nigerian-born intellectual, legal scholar, and diplomatic statesman. A visionary reformer and intercontinental voice in transformative leadership, he is widely recognized for his groundbreaking contributions to education, diplomacy, theology, and global human development.

He He is the Founder and International Chancellor of the English Master Institute (EMI) Worldwide, the world’s first fully autonomous, purely online institution without walls. Under his leadership, EMI has grown into the largest global network of affiliated online academies, research institutions, and NGOs, redefining education through its commitment to borderless learning, purpose discovery, and the advancement of human potential.

Prof. PhilSpirit is also the Founder and President of the Federation of The Sovereign Online State (FSOS)—a digital federation championing unity, peace, justice, love, and digital sovereignty among nations and institutions. He further leads faith-based and humanitarian initiatives such as the Mysteries Unveilers and Intercessors Prayer Network (IPNetwork), a Christ-centered ministry devoted to unveiling divine truths and training Kingdom-focused leaders for national transformation.
